"Five Star" is a dust suppression agent that adheres to easily dispersible dust (powder) and aggregates it into "large, heavy particles," thereby controlling dust dispersion. It is effective for use during surface preparation with types 3 and 4, or during type 1 and 2 sanding after the use of a paint remover. It prevents rust (oxidation) and suppresses dust during surface preparation.
